  • A small house within half a mile/ 1 mile of the beach around 1,300-1,500 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and in older condition. A few would be on PCH across from La Costa, Broad Beach land side, Malibu West, Malibu Park but these houses do not have a lot of lands or big view.
  • House in the canyons with a nice view, privacy, and some land need some work.
  • House with a lot of land in the mountains but needs work.
  • N new or remodeled home that is about a 3 bedroom home around 2k-2.5k sq ft but doesn’t have a great view or land and 2-3 miles up a canyon-like Latigo/ Corral.
