The complex was envisioned as a multi-building estate, but only two structures, the gatehouse and a small cabin called Eleanor's Retreat, were completed. The gatehouse included living spaces, workspace, and even horse stalls, showcasing Wright's integration of functionality with his signature organic design.

Tragically, the complex was destroyed in the Woolsey Fire of 2018.
